PREMIUM "SIGNATURE LINE" 20 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Cabinet Wholesalers manufactures cabinetry to the highest standards and uses only the finest materials. We are so confident that you will have years of enjoyment with your purchase of our quality cabinetry, that we proudly offer you one of the best warranties in the industry.

Cabinet Wholesalers will, at its sole option, repair or replace without charge

such product if it fails due to any manufacturing, fabrication or installation

defect during the first 20 years. This warranty excludes damage caused by physical abuse, chemical damage, damage from heat or/and moisture, or chips

in laminate or wood panels caused by improper use. This warranty applies only

to permanently installed products which have not been moved or modified from

their original place of installation. Cabinet Wholesalers obligation is limited solely to the repair or replacement of our product. No implied or express

warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is granted by this warranty except as expressly stated herein. This warranty only applies to the extent of the work done by Cabinet Wholesalers and does not apply to work done by subcontractors.

Except as provided herein, Cabinet Wholesalers shall not be liable in tort, contract, or otherwise for any loss or direct, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of the sale, use or inability to use the kitchen products installed by Cabinet Wholesalers. All warranties exclude damage

caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, and floods. All wood products undergo a natural aging process and are therefore not covered under any warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, including any warranty as to merchantability of fitness. Proof of purchase including the date and place

of purchase, is required in order to recover under this warranty. If this product should become defective as stated within the warranty period, and if the part

is determined to be defective, Cabinet Wholesalers will repair or replace the defective part as it deems reasonably necessary. This warranty is

non-transferable to a new homeowner.
